We need all parents, vendors, and friends of Wyoming Area Football to submit advertisements for the 2011 Wyoming Area Football Program Book. The production of this book is one of the biggest fundraisers of the year for the Wyoming Area Football Parents Association. All parents of players grades 7-12 are expected to participate. Below are letters that have been sent out to vendors and parents.
Again, program ads are not just for the Varsity--they are for everyone. Please participate and show your support to your favorite football players and cheerleaders. |

| EXAMPLES OF PROGRAM ADS FROM LAST YEAR |

| How to Construct and Submit an Ad |
- First, make sure you have printed out the above letters--understand the pricing structure.
- Decide what kind of ad you want: Full Page, Half Page, 1/4 Page, 1/8 Page or "Shoutout"
- Full Page ads can be black and white OR Color.
- After the fact, we can insert a picture of a football player taken on 2011 Picture Day-- August 19th You give us your ad with a rectangle that says "2011 Picture Here"-- we will put it in. (For example, the picture of AJ, #33 above was put in after Picture Day.
- Ads can be constructed in paper form, or electronically. For paper ads, hand sketch out anything you would like. Include pictures, logos, etc. that can be scanned and returned (Put name on back of picture). Also, we can insert a "Warrior Arrow" or "Warrior Helmet" in any particular part of ad. - If you want to handle electronically--you can send an email to Nick at nperugini@aol.com--Say in the email what you want, include any digital files, and the ad can be constructed in that fashion. Send us the player name, the player number (sometimes not known for Freshmen as they are issued late...we'll find out and insert) and who the shoutout is from. Send us the text to go inside the Shoutout Box.
Space is limited so keep text brief. |

| DEADLINE |
| We need ads ASAP. If you get them to Nick before Meet the Warriors (Aug 14)--he will have a proof for you at that time. You can also give Nick your ads at Meet the Warriors. At that time, he will work with you as far as anything you might need to construct your ad. Hard Deadline for Ads is August 19th. Nothing will be accepted after that date as Program will be put into production. |
