Oct 31: Patriots Spoil Warriors Comeback: 28-14 ------This was a hard fought defensive struggle for most of the game until both teams opened up their passing attacks. The Warriors scored two second half touchdowns to cut the score to 21-14 and had the ball with 4 minutes remaining in the game. The Warrior comeback was spoiled when a deflected pass was intercepted by the Patriots' Matt Kobeski and returned for a touchdown. Nate Bowden led the Warriors with 4 receptions for 104 yards, including 2 touchdowns. Bowden caught a 17 yard TD pass from Leo Malsky and a 65 yard strike from QB Chris Murphy. View Video

Oct 24: Spartans handle Warriors : 42-13---------- Wyoming Area piled up over 200 yards in offense but was no match for the big plays of Wyoming Valley West in a game played at Jake Sobeski Stadium. Wyoming Valley West scored early and often to jump out to a big first quarter lead. Oct 17: Warriors tame Tigers 25-19 -- The Wyoming Area football team showed the heart of a champion on a chilly night in Tunkhannock as the Warriors mounted a fourth quarter comeback. After falling behind 13-0 in the first quarter, the Warriors comeback was capped with 56 seconds remaining in the game when Matt Kintz scored the winning touchdown. Tunkhannock game
